Lazy Days of Summer

Just a quick update as to what's been happening at our house this week. NOTHING! Talk about lazy days of summer. We have spent several days at the pool. There's nothing in the world that I'd rather do than spend the day in the sun while my kids play in the pool. The great thing about THE pool here, is that there's always someone there that my kids know from school to play with.
We are still trying to figure out the password to my computer, so my internet access has been very limited. We have a couple other ideas of how to break into it, that we're going to try out this week. Wish me luck!

We finally finalized our summer vacation plans. We've been throwing around several ideas, and going along with EXPERIENCING new things while we live here, we decided to go to Seaside OR. It's a cute little beach town along the Oregon coast! We've heard nothing but great things about this little town from lots of people up here who've been. So we thought, what the heck, let's do it! The best part about the whole trip, is that some great friends of ours from AZ. are flying up to meet us and spend the week. YEAH YEAH YEAH!

Lastly, Landon took Colton camping this weekend. He got this crazy truck/tent thing for Father's Day and just had to give it a try. It's actually pretty cool. There's nothing Colton would rather do than go camping with his dad. He's had a bag packed for like 5 days waiting to go. He took his throwing knives, BB gun, sling shot and who knows what other kinds of weapons to play with while they are there. You gotta love little boys.

Who's meeting you at sea side? That would be tons of fun! Ever since we went a few weeks ago for the day, we've been talking about going back and staying over night. There is definetly enough to do there for a few days. We might want to join you! :)

I love the new background. We absolutely love Seaside Oregon. That will be so fun for you guys. That is one of the last vacations I had with my mom besides Lake Powell...she loved it there too. Also, I love the new truck tent...we have one but it doesn't have the cool awning...how come you didn't go??? you big fat baby. Im glad to see your back to blogging...I missed you!

I am digging the tent thingy. What the heck is it?

It's called a sportz tent! He found it online. He also got an air mattress that fits his truck bed perfectly. Pretty cool
