Dinner is Special
This is the scene every night at dinner. Kennedy is always the last one at the table, forcing down her dinner so that she can get ice cream later. She is usually mad, and gagging on every bite. It really is so rewarding to be a mom, and spend time fixing yummy, healthy dinners for your family to yack back up!

Typical, eh? If I ever come into a rediculous amount of money, I would be tempted to have a chef (exclusively for handling dinners that I can help with if the meal might be intriguing and ONLY if I am in the mood to cook). The whole circle of making a mess while cooking, making an even larger mess eating, the kids "may" like it, start to finish eat time averages ten minutes with little ones, and then you have to do it again in 4 hours gets real old some days, eh? You are a good mom, Amy.
Amen sista! This is Porter to a tee! He won't eat a thing at dinner time...it's so frustrating huh! I love those 2 cooking blogs on your sidebar. I look at them all the time :) Thanks for sharing!
That is my Addie! I like to call her "Dorothy" because my grandma eats so slow. Just tear her up with words and put her down...it works well with kids. hee hee
And this was totally me at her age. Bless her heart and bless yours!
Oh but she's so cute doing it!
