Kennedy got into a fight yesterday with the pavement. The pavement won! Poor Kennedy was walking on some rocks today on her way home from school, and tripped. Apparently she used her face to catch her fall. Not a scratch on her hands! Luckily Colton and Whitley were right there to help her, and they brought her home cut up and bloody. She was pretty shaken up, but we cleaned her up and put some ice on it. It actually looks much worse now than it did at first.

Holy cow, that looks like it really hurt! Poor thing. Maybe you should teach her to put out her hands first instead of her face...darn it!

OUCH!! That's gotta hurt! Poor thing. I'll never forget the day Megan came home from Kindergarten with a similar looking face (big 'ole scrape across her top lip that looked like a mustache). Same thing-tripped on the sidewalk at school. What's with the ground, huh?
Poor Kennedy! Still super cute! They will be gone in no time!
