This is "Naked Chinese Man". Is that politically correct?? Probably not, but that's what we call him. This nasty man runs nearly naked every morning past the elementary school. There are hundreds of little kids walking to school that have the opportunity to check him out.
Could that be any fouler?? Really buddy, can you not find any other street in the entire city to run on during that 8:30 half hour? And I'm not the only one who's noticed him. Everyone is starting to talk about this

Here he is waiting at the crosswalk yesterday with several kids. Isn't that nice. Don't you wish you could walk to school with a sweaty "Naked Chinese Man".
The girls and I have been trying to get a picture of him forever, and haven't been able to get a good shot. He's noticed us a couple of times with our camera, or the phone, and gives us a weird look. We just hang right out he window and snap away. I figure if he's freaky enough to run nearly naked by the elementary school, we're gonna be freaky enough to hang out the window and take pictures!

This is pretty nasty. He is actually tame compared to my neighbor across the street who wears nothing but an itty bitty pair of tiny red shorts every.single.day. They are not even red anymore--more like a salmon color from all the wear. I don't have the cajones to try to take a photo.
