I am trying to keep things as "normal" as possible this year for my kids. I don't want them to look back on this year and remember how jacked up things really are! I want there to be some sense of the ways thing were, and the way they will be again. It's getting really hard, on all of us. 
Anyway, every year before Easter we make sugar cookies. The girls love to help me bake the cookies. Colton is always around when it's time to frost and eat the cookies! I decided that this year should be no different. This is the best sugar cookie recipe. I got it from my mother-in-law. It was her mother's! YUM.
